Why Findacleaner different from other cleaning companies?
Findacleaner has a different approach to standard cleaning companies; we have an automated system that will assign your Quote request to Cleaners that can complete the jobs with competitive rates. You can look through all the quotes received and select the one that suits you most.

Do I need to register to get a Quote?
No. But you need to activate your account to enjoy the full benefit our Quote and Match system.

Can I use a different address other than my residential address for a Quote?
Yes. You must use the address where the service will take place when getting a quote. All quotes request will be assigned to Cleaning members that service that location.

Can I give me contact details when submitting a Quote?
No. You can only share your full contact details once the quote is accepted by you. Contact details shared prior a quote being accept may result in your account being suspended.

I have submitted a Quote request but have not received anything back yet, why is that?
Only when a Cleaner responds to an offer you will receive a notification. If you have not received any Quotes for a period of time it may be that there aren’t any Cleaners available on the required date or that can cover your location.

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
You will need to contact the Cleaner directly for this information. All cleaners pay a fee for bookings accepted; if a booking is cancelled all cleaners are still liable for this fee.

How do I know if the cleaner I have booked is any good?
As we allow anyone to register on our website as a cleaner you will only be able to find out more about them if they have completed bookings made from our website before by reading any reviews they have received on previous jobs.

Do I need to be home on the date my cleaner will come?
You can make arrangements directly with the cleaner if you not home on the day

Is Findacleaner insured?
No. All registered cleaners on our website work independently are not Findacleaner’s employers. If you require a cleaner to be insured you can enquiry about it directly in the comment section when submitting a Quote.

What payment methods are accepted?
Our website allows cleaners to select from cash, bank deposit, credit cards or Paypal.

Why the Quote I have received only accepts one payment method?
The registered cleaners define payments accepted, they can select from cash, bank deposit, credit cards or Paypal.

Are there any extra fees on a Quote received?
The only extra fee when accepting a Quote will be when making a payment by Paypal which is 4.5% + 0.45 per transaction.

I have booked and paid but my cleaner hasn’t shown up, what do I do?
First try to contact the cleaner directly to find out the reason why they haven’t turned up for the service. If you are not successful contacting them please contact us here or on our live chat with your Quote number.

The cleaner is at my door with more people, why is that?
Usually cleaners will work with a team of staff, this way they are able to complete the job quicker and move on to the next job.

Why my cleaner has left before the time agreed?
Cleaners give an estimate number of hours required to complete the job based on the Quote details, if they have completed a job with quality in a shorter time than what was agreed it should be acceptable from our point of view.
There are occasion when the cleaner works with a team which will also reduce the hours of work. The time offered on the website is usually based on 1 cleaner per hour of work therefore if you paid for 3 hours and three cleaners as team were working this will reduce the hours of work to 1.

What is the fee charged for using Findacleaner?
As a customer you will not pay any fees when using our website or submitting quotes.
All cleaners will pay 10% on any accepted quotes.
